Welcome to Little Cakes!
We have a passion for cakes, and specialise in designing and making decorative cakes for weddings & civil ceremonies, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events; in fact any occasion. Our cakes and cupcakes are individually designed for every order, and have to not only be imaginative and eye catching, but also have to taste incredible. We always strive for perfection and whether it’s orders for twelve or twelve hundred, we provide baking of the highest standards, finished with hand crafted decorations and great attention to detail.
Based in the historic market town of Uppingham in the tiny county of Rutland, everything
is baked from scratch and decorated by hand using premium ingredients, locally produced where possible (see Our Ethos…).
A member of The British Sugarcraft Guild, Little Cakes is also fully registered with and regularly inspected by the Department of Environmental Health.
We cater for most budgets, but do remember that the simplest of cakes takes 5-10 hours of work; more intricate designs and tiered wedding cakes can take a week or even more. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and high standards, and we feel that this and the quality ingredients we use are worth that little bit extra.
We offer complimentary set up and delivery within a ten mile radius of Uppingham, and within 20 miles for all orders of £100 or more, and supply cakes to Oakham, Stamford, Leicester, Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. And of course we’re happy to deliver and set up nationwide.
